WHY A PROGRAM?
A standalone keynote can inspire, but sometimes more is needed.
That's why I work with organizations on cultural journeys : programs that translate values into behavior, not just at the leadership level but throughout the entire organization. This means making clear choices: what behavior do we want to see, what won't we tolerate, and how do we make that visible in daily interactions?
In these processes, I combine various tools: questionnaires, workshops, leadership interventions, deep dives, targeted coaching sessions, etc. In addition to my own expertise, I draw on an extensive ecosystem to help shape my mission.
