My mission?

I work with leaders and organizations on culture, leadership, and resilience — from keynote talks at large conferences to hands-on work inside organizations. With two internationally published books, more than 250 keynotes and workshops, and a background in corporate banking, I bring experience from both the stage and real-world organizational practice.
