My mission?
Organizations are navigating more change than ever before—from AI to cultural transformation, from growth to large-scale change.
What makes the difference is not strategy alone. It is whether people believe in it and are willing to keep moving forward together. Strategy and culture should reinforce each other, not work against one another.
I help organizations and leaders create that alignment. On stage, through executive coaching, in strategic transformation programs, or as a member of a Board of Advisors. In Belgium, the Netherlands, and far beyond.
My approach?
With roots in corporate banking and experience gained from more than 250 sessions across 200+ organizations, I go the extra mile to understand what really matters—and even further to make it happen. Committed, dedicated, and full of energy.
